On Windows, run the Setup file. It installs just for you — no admin password — and adds Desktop Ducky to your Start menu and to Settings → Apps, so you can remove it the normal way. The duck then lives in the system tray by the clock.

Prefer not to install anything? The standalone .exe is the same app as one file you can run from anywhere.

Your license key

It's in the purchase receipt email from Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) — search your inbox for Desktop Ducky or Lemon Squeezy. The app asks for the key the first time it runs; one key is good for five of your machines, forever. Keep that email.

Lost the email?

Go to app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders and enter the email address you bought with — Lemon Squeezy sends you a sign-in link, and your order and license key are inside. No password, no account to create.
